This text is pending final review by our legal team. The version and acceptance date recorded for your account are already binding.
These terms govern your use of Quixote, an AI platform operated from the European Union. By creating an account you agree to them.
Quixote provides multi-model conversational AI, document retrieval, browser-automation agents and related features. Availability of individual features depends on your plan.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity carried out under your account. Accounts may not be shared.
You may not use Quixote to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, to generate material that harms others, or to attempt to circumvent the platform's technical or contractual limits.
You keep ownership of everything you send to and receive from the platform. You grant us only the rights we need to operate the service for you.
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Consumption is metered in credits. Purchased credit packs and their expiry are described in your account's billing area.
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation unless a service level agreement is part of your plan. AI-generated output may be inaccurate and must be reviewed before it is relied upon.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why whenever we are permitted to.
When we change these terms materially we publish a new version and ask you to accept it before you continue using the service. Every acceptance is recorded with its version and date.
